Barrister Musaddeq Khan Barki is a qualified barrister with full rights of audience in the UK, called to the Bar by Lincoln’s Inn after completing the Bar Transfer Test at BPP University, London. He holds an LL.B from the University of Peshawar and an LL.M from the University of Lahore.
He has extensive experience in litigation before the High Court, alongside a strong international immigration practice. His expertise spans UK immigration (including appeals and advocacy), Canadian judicial review matters, Schengen and USA immigration services, and global visa consultancy.
As the CEO of JILS, he provides strategic, client-focused legal solutions across multiple jurisdictions, combining courtroom advocacy with international advisory services.
